Brother -- utter genius. I can see the semi-disconnected, low-surveillance phone as a great waystation for people on this path; there are many ways it can be done, appropriate to the needs/lives of the individual. And *I am now that Boomer driving under 20*! (I hang out on the right on the freeway portion of my morning commute, driving 50 with the tractor trailers!)
